The Motel has proudly serviced AFT students for over 20 years offering quiet, private rooms which are conducive to studying, at affordable rates from $85.00 per night. The Motel offers both short and long-term stays (includes free wi-fi, courtesy transport to and from class each day)

Full Course Stay (6+ Weeks – Serviced Weekly)
Standard Room – $85.00 per night
Fully self-contained Room – $95.00 per night
Part Course Stay (Less than 6 weeks – Serviced Weekly)
Standard Room – $100.00 per night
Fully self-contained Room – $110.00 per night
Extra Person – Partners
Partners – $25.00 per night
Cleaning Fee (applies to stays exceeding 7 nights)
An end of stay exit cleaning fee applies for long term stays. This amount equates to a once off fee, which is that of your nightly room rate.
Motel Reception / Parking

Each room has a designated car space.
The Motel gate opens 7.00am and closes at 5.30pm daily. If you plan to arrive outside of these hours, please contact Michael to arrange access and check-in when you arrive at the Motel.
